Payroll isn’t just about dashing out salaries. It is the process that ensures that employees get their fair salaries and receive it on time.

When multiple payroll data entries like work hours, wages, tax codes, are entered by hand, the risk of mistakes bumps up high.
Because human fatigue and oversight often lead to typos or incorrect figures getting recorded.
For example, an extra zero, or misplaced decimal in an hourly rate can significantly increase an employee’s paycheck for that period.
Manual entry also makes it difficult to maintain consistency across records.
